Pick-Up and Pre-Flight Preparation
- Pick-up times vary based on the camp’s location.
- Pre-flight briefing and waiver signing the night before.
- Early morning pick-up (3am-5am) for 6am launch.
- Pre-flight refreshments including Tanzanian coffee and cookies.
- Safety briefing by the Pilot.

- Take-off around 6:30am, depending on weather.

Exclusions

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior.
- Full refund for cancellations made by us due to bad weather conditions.
- 50% refund for cancellations 13 to 7 days before.
- 25% refund for cancellations 6 days to 48 hours in advance.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
